Tangy Chicken Salad

A Step by Step guide

(Yield: 1 serving )

1 C. Romaine Lettuce

1 C. Spring Mix

1 Tbsp Chopped Onion

½ C. Mandarin Oranges

1 Tbsp Dried Cranberries

1 tsp. Sunflower Seed Kernels

3 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

2 Tbsp Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Dressing

Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder to taste


Step by Step

1 Pat the chicken dry and season both sides.

2 Grill or pan sear the chicken until done (internal temp of 165F).

3 Let the chicken rest for about 3 minutes on a cutting board, then slice against the grain.

4 Throw everything together in a bowl and drizzle with dressing.
